1997/1998: Consultant - creation of an information system for the Basse-Normandie Hopitalization Regional Agency, using open technologies (TCP/IP)
1994: Member of the project group in charge of  the design of a new version of the Electronic Patient Record, in collaboration with Hewlett Packard (RUH)

Internet & Intranet, Information Science
1994/2000: Implementation of the Internet in the Rouen University Hospital and in the CNEH; creation and webmastering of its Web site,  the first site in a French hospital;   development of  CISMEF (Catalog and Index of French-speaking Medical Sites)
1997/2000: Creation of a virual library on Intranet: access to Medline and 85 full-text electronic journals
